Purposes and data
We maintain Expo ID, verify email and phone, save interests and handle applications for specific events. Professional submissions include company, event, venue and placement information. Registration requires a full name, email and phone with country code; verification timestamps and consent version/date are recorded. Company, country, interests and an ordinary private profile photograph are optional. Applications record the selected event, necessary profile details, instruction, status and processing history. No passport, health information or payment credentials are required for Expo ID.
Separate choices
Profile consent is separate from this policy. Information and marketing emails are off by default and require a separate opt-in. Each event application needs a separate instruction. Photos are optional private profile images: no face recognition or identification from the photograph is performed, and public disclosure is excluded.
Storage, legal basis and security
The main database is on Beget hosting in Russia outside the public website directory; profile fields are encrypted. Authorised operator staff handle applications, while hosting, email and verification providers perform necessary contractual technical processing. Codes, keys and private profiles are not published. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, restricted access, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. The basis is consent, a user request, contract performance or an applicable legal obligation.
Organisers and APIs
Details are not automatically sent to all organisers. Each specific application authorises necessary data for that event’s organiser. Additional data or a different recipient are agreed before transmission. APIs require an agreed organiser, event, fields and purpose; access is limited to authorised applications and recorded. A foreign recipient requires separate agreement and applicable legal steps.
Assistant and analytics
The local Qwen assistant uses business queries and the public catalog, without access to profiles, contacts, photos, codes or private applications. Do not enter contacts or documents. Detected contacts are rejected. The assistant suggests steps; organisers and providers confirm actions. Essential session cookies protect forms. Yandex Metrika 113594502 loads only with analytics consent, with Webvisor off; private Expo ID pages have no counter. Limited technical logs and pseudonymous rate keys protect the service.
Retention and rights
Profile data, photographs and stored portal applications are removed on profile deletion or consent withdrawal. Legally or contractually required documents may be retained on that basis. Codes expire in ten minutes; stale records are cleaned during service use. Deletion does not cancel registration confirmed by an organiser. Edit details, interests and subscriptions or delete the profile in the account. For processing information, correction, restriction or withdrawal, email info@russiabusinesstravel.ru, subject “Expo ID personal data”. We verify ownership and respond within the periods in Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. You may contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
External services
Links to organisers or Pay in Russia do not transmit your Expo ID. External registration follows the provider’s documents. This policy covers Деловойтуризм.рф and russiabusinesstravel.ru/.com. Material changes require an appropriate basis and fresh consent where necessary.
