Consent

I voluntarily consent to Lake LLC processing my name, email, phone, optional company and country, interests, verification timestamps and consent version/date to maintain my Expo ID and handle my requests.

Scope and duration

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage in Russia, correction, use, restricted access, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. Technical providers process only what is necessary on the operator’s behalf. Consent lasts until deletion or withdrawal via the account or info@russiabusinesstravel.ru, subject “Withdraw Expo ID consent”. Other lawful bases may require retention of particular documents.

Separate choices

This excludes marketing emails, public disclosure, face recognition and transmission to all organisers. Subscriptions and photographs are separate voluntary choices. Each event application separately authorises necessary details for that event’s organiser.
